Matt Pauls | Director & U16 Coach
Matt Pauls has been coaching basketball for over 20 years at the high school and AAU/grassroots level. He has coached/trained over 50 current college basketball players, including approximately 30 D1 players, and has won numerous tournaments throughout the country. Matt has run basketball camps and clinics throughout New Jersey both on his own and in partnership with Kevin Boyle (head coach at Montverde Academy). Additionally, he was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Adidas Junior Phenom Camps for 3 years, and was Chairman of the Primetime Shootout for 5 years. He played basketball at Nazareth College in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Pauls graduated with BSBA and MBA degrees from Central Michigan University, as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from the Michigan State University College of Law. He is an executive in the biopharmaceutical industry and currently runs a large global pharmaceutical business dedicated to neuroscience health. Pauls has also taught at the college level as an adjunct faculty member at The College of New Jersey, University of Indianapolis, and Davenport University, instructing Intro to Management, Intro to Marketing, Business Law and Strategic Management courses. He is married to Mary Fraser, and they have one son.

Terrell Myers | Director & U17 Coach
Terrell attended James Hillhouse after graduation then attended St. Thomas More Prep school in Waterbury, Connecticut, followed by Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he studied and played basketball from 1993-1997. After graduating, Myers moved to England, signing professionally for British Basketball League outfit Sheffield Sharks, where he enjoyed four very successful seasons winning the BBL Trophy in 1998, the League Championship in 1999 and the BBL Cup in 2000. He also picked up many personal accolades as well, collecting awards for the BBL Player of the Year 1998-99 (When he averaged 23.5 PPG), the BBL Cup MVP in 1999, as well as being named in the All-Star team for four seasons running (1998–2002). In 2001 Terrell moved to the London Towers,[1] and in 2003 to Spanish lower-league team Casademont Girona, where after two good season's Myers earned a move to the Asociación de Clubs de Baloncesto to play for Akasvayu Girona in one of Europe's biggest leagues, after which he moved to CB Murcia. Having spent six years in the United Kingdom, Myers is an eligible British citizen. Myers is now the head basketball coach at St Andrew's School in Delaware and is also on faculty. He is the father of one daughter.

A.D. Gaffney | Director/Coach of U11 & U12 Teams
After a storied high school career at Archbishop Molloy in New York City, and with the Riverside Church AAU program, A.D. played college basketball at the University of Portland. He has coached and trained dozens of players over the last 20 years, many of whom have ended up playing college and/or pro basketball. He also played with many professional basketball players over the years while growing up in New York City. Gaffney runs the U11 and U12 teams for ECE-NJABC, and has put together quite an impressive group of young basketball players, winning numerous prestigious tournaments over the last three years. Professionally, he is a National Sales Manager for Levi’s Footwear, and graduated from the University of Portland. He is married to Christy Gaffney, and they are the parents of 5 children.

Ron Martin | Operating Director & Coach
Ron played both high school (Macomber High School, Toledo OH) and college basketball (NCAA Div. II – University of Findlay, Findlay OH). At both levels Ron received several All Division, All City & All District Awards. While at the University of Findlay, Ron received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. Upon graduating from the University of Findlay Ron returned to Toledo where he was Assistant Coach of his High School Alma Mater. During his 6-year high school coaching career his teams won 4 City Championships, 3 District Championships, 1 Regional Championship and 1 State Championship. Ron’s players included Jim Jackson; three (3) time Ohio High School "Mr. Basketball", McDonald High School All-American and Ohio State University two (2) time All American. Jim was the 1992 4th overall pick in the NBA Draft by the Dallas Mavericks behind Shaquille O'Neal, Alonzo Mourning and Christian Laettner. Jim Retired from the NBA in 2006 after 14 years in the league. Myron Bell was also a member of that State Championship Team. Myron was the 1989 Ohio High School "Mr. Football" and a 1993 1st round draft pick of the Pittsburg Steelers after a very successful college football career at Michigan State University. Myron retired in 2003 from the NFL after 10 years in the league. In addition, Ron is the Assistant Commissioner of the Jim Jackson Basketball Camp during the month of July in Toledo Ohio and continues to be dedicated to helping our youth grow and learn from the challenges they face during their youth. Ron and wife of 29 years (Cynthia) have two children and he currently employed as the Senior Director, Commercial Leadership Development at the AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals Company in Wilmington, DE.
